Good News!!!
The Benton Hispanic group is growing. In one hand, there have been 4 baptisms in less than a week, and in the other hand, there were 65 people in attendance last Sunday in worship service at 2:30 pm. We all rejoice for Alfonso, Morgan, Patricia and Elizabeth. The gospel of Christ is the power of God for salvation! Amen!
A Biblical Conseling seminar was given to a 15 students in Benton this last weekend. Also, seven (7) central Arkansas church leaders are studying Church leadership at the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ building every tuesday morning (Room 219).

Dear friends,
This is just the last update for this year of our CTP Bible program. We had our seminar on Evangelism this last weekend. About 20 students showed up from Missouri and Arkansas. We had members and leaders from Batesville, Benton, Hope, Conway, Levi, Geyer Springs, and Mabelvale. Our next seminar will be on February 27 and 28. We have to appreciate the cooperation of Jim Rawlins (PVCC), Susan Long (PVCC), Elvis Ruiz (Conway), Fernando Toledo (Benton) and my daughters (Vanessa and Astrid-PVCC). We have to thank Fernando Renteria who provided us his classroom where A&O Bible School teaches classes. But mainly, we appreciate God for allowing us to serve him in this capacity. Thanks for your prayers and encouragements. God is so good. Happy Holidays to you all!

It has probably been a while now since have heard from us. I know I have kept up with many of you through individual emails, but for a while I was unable to access our website for reasons I could not understand. Finally the problem was fixed a few days ago thanks to Pamela, and once more I can post our reports on it. I apologize for this time of silence if you haven’t received an email to let you know in the in-between.

This was a presentation in chapel back in December by Monty Pettyjohn ('92) and Pat Sheaffer ('94). They performed a skit by Greg Baggs, Brent Hanson, Keith Jackson and Shannon Smeya. It is very humorous and I think many of you with mission experience will enjoy it. Even if you don't have mission experience, you'll enjoy it. Its around 30 minutes, but its much better than any show you'd find on TV.

Dear Brethren,
Thank you for your prayers and vision for the world mission work. I just want to share with you some of the things that are happening with my radio program in South Florida and Cuba. But, first I want to thank World Radio Broadcasters for their support given to my radio program. I also want to thank Tony in Cuba who help us with the radio contacts over there and Rex Morgan for his invitation to join him in this radio adventure. And mainly, thanks to my God who made possible the impossible.
This coming week, I am going to Cuba to teach a seminar organized by the Atlantic International Bible Institute located in Miami, Florida (Branch of Sunset International Bible Institute in Lubbock, Texas), and second, to follow up the progress of our radio program over there. The good news is that the radio programs, already recorded in CDs, are going to be used as an evangelistic tool to reach the lost in the Country. Just below this message, you have some of the e-mails I have received from several radio listeners this month. I am so sorry they are in Spanish, but I am sure some of you will find the way to translate it.
