2010 Newsletter from Ron and Moya, Albany, Western Australia
Posted March 10th, 2010 by Sunset AlumniMoya & I send loving greetings to each of you who will receive this report. We pray that our Lord is prospering you all as you reach out with His love in your efforts to lead others to Christ.
It has been a long time since last we wrote, but you have not been out of our minds. During the past 9-months I have struggled with some health problems and since entering into partial retirement and becoming, (what is referred to here in Australia, as an "Old-Age-Pensioner"), the last few months have been as full in our Christian ministry, if not fuller than previous years. As some of you are aware, the South Coast Church here in Albany is comprised of mainly senior Christians and a great many pastoral needs have arisen during the past six months that have taken up a lot of our time.
We, like most congregations here in Australia, are extremely short of able-bodied workers. But with our Lord’s help, everything has been attended to and everyone cared for, as much as we are able.
Australian Missions Report

This newsletter is a little shorter than usual and a bit later than desirable. My laptop of nearly three years has been disabled and in the shop. Praise God for warrantees! I have been blessed with a Desktop Computer, but was unable to duplicate my newsletter Mailing lists. I will work toward a solution that results in a backup of my email address and contact lists. If you are aware of such a utility please let me know.
Our activities with the Young people of Sydney continue. The two groups “Men of God” and the women’s counterpart “Sisterhood” meet every 2 weeks (a fortnight over here). This past week Micah provided the devotional for the women on the Life of Christ. We are so proud of her!! These groups usually share a meal … a lesson from God’s Word and participate in service projects. They represent many of Australia’s fine Christian young people. It is an honor to work beside them.
December Australian Mission Report
Posted December 14th, 2009 by Sunset AlumniDear Partner
Just finished a crazy/busy end of school. Sorry for not getting a newsletter out sooner. We are so very thankful for our continued partnership. We hope and pray that this holiday season is a real blessing.
Micah is taking her ACT today and we are going to a Baptism of a Chinese girl we have worked a lot with. School is out for the Summer. I am making plans to take our school on the road. Two different congregations have asked for an in house course. One in Sydney … and the other in Melbourne. Keep that project in your prayers as we work out details.
Know we love you … and always give Thanks for you.
Merry Christmas to you … and a Happy New Year!
Craig. Tomya and Micah Peters

The attachment is our final edition of the MSOBS Messenger for 2009. It has been an active year. The newsletter shows a few … but there were many more. We are always honoured to serve by your side. And most of our efforts were just that. We look forward to a profitable New Year in our Lord’s work here in Australia. Thank you for your participation and interest in the work here.
To HIM be the Glory!

Australian Video Report - Craig and Tomya Peters
Posted December 2nd, 2009 by Sunset AlumniDear Partners and Family
The link below will take you to our November video. This one is a departure from our usual format. Often we record ourselves in our living room or in our yard. This one is done in the Blue Mountains. Tomya and I were blessed to get to teach a 26 week Parenting class for members of a local congregation. They graciously provided a two day getaway for us in the Blue Mountains. It’s kind of interesting that this was our first trip to the Blue Mountains … after all they are only just over an hour from our house. But we have not done much sightseeing.
This is also NOT really a report but rather sharing our experience with you. I hope it looks interesting enough to get a few of you to come over and visit sometime this year.
Happy Thanksgiving! Know we love you and always give Thanks to God for YOU!
