Memorial: Lon Mohundro, '76

A valiant warrior for the Lord has won the battle!  Lon Mohundro went to sleep in his recliner and awoke in the arms of Jesus April 11, 2009.  He had served the Lord as a minister to churches in the Northeast, specifically PA and NJ, for 27 years after graduating from Sunset in 1976.  He retired from fulltime work in 2003, but continued to serve the Lord to the end of his life in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Lon was a wonderful christian man. One of the older members of our class; always a level head and spirit of maturity that kept the rest of us in line. Sweet memories. Prayers for his family.
